Your account data: name, email address, and password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text).
Prospect and contact data: as the core feature of the app, Prospecting Pro helps you research and manage business prospects. This means we process personal data about third parties on your behalf — contact name, job title, email, phone number, LinkedIn/social handles, and any notes you add — sourced from Companies House, web search results, and your own input.
We use the following processors to run the service. Each only receives the data it needs to perform its function:
Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google are based outside the UK/EEA, so using them involves an international data transfer. We rely on the standard contractual clauses / UK International Data Transfer Agreement provisions in our agreements with these processors as an appropriate safeguard.
We keep your account and prospect data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed as described below.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal data, and to object to how it's processed. You can exercise most of these rights yourself, at any time, from Account settings:
