Overview
Prospecting Pro is a B2B sales prospecting platform designed for UK SMB sales teams. It helps you discover, score, and manage prospects using AI-powered analysis, live web search, Companies House data, and Google Maps: all from a single interface.
🔍 Find Prospects
Search by location and business type using Google Maps (default) or Organic Search. Check website status, Companies House standing, and AI fit scores before adding to your prospect list.
📋 Manage Your Prospect List
Store, filter, and track every prospect from first contact through to won or lost. Set follow-up dates, leave notes, and email prospect summaries to yourself.
✦ AI Scoring
Score prospects individually or in bulk. The AI evaluates online activity, website quality, and fit against your products — and generates a pitch angle and action plan.
🤖 AI Assistant
Describe the businesses you're looking for in plain language. The AI researches matching companies, verifies them via Companies House, and adds them straight to your prospect list — complete with call scripts and email drafts. Only available to accounts granted access by an admin.
First-Time Setup
Follow these steps after registering to get the most out of Prospecting Pro:
- Verify your email
Check your inbox for the verification link sent at registration.
- Describe what you sell
Go to Settings → Describe what you are selling and add your product or service. The AI uses this description to evaluate whether a prospect is a good fit and to generate pitch angles.
- Add a search profile
In Settings → Who you are selling to, pick or create a profile for the type of businesses you target (e.g. Recruitment, Legal, Estate Agents).
- Configure your LLM
In Settings → LLM Configuration, choose a provider (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, or a local model) and enter your API key. Click Test Connection to confirm it works.
- Add a Google Maps key (or a Brave Search key)
In Settings → API Keys, paste a Google Maps API key to use the default search source, and/or a Brave Search API key to enable the Organic Search alternative.
- Run your first search
Go to Find Prospects, enter a location, select your business type profile, and click Find prospects.
Prospect List
The Prospect List is your central workspace. Every prospect you have saved lives here. You can view, filter, edit, score, and manage the status of each prospect from this single page.
Stats Bar
The stats bar at the top of the page gives you a quick snapshot of your pipeline health. Click any stat to filter the table by that category:
| Stat | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Total | All prospects in your pipeline (after any active filters) |
| Green High Opp. | Prospects with a strong fit score (7–10): prioritise these |
| Amber Medium | Moderate fit (5–6.9): worth pursuing but may need qualification |
| Red Weak Fit | Low fit (0–4.9): likely not worth time investment |
| Follow-up Due | Prospects where the follow-up date is today or in the past |
| Unscored | Prospects that have not yet been AI-scored |
Filter Bar
Use the filter bar to narrow down the prospect list:
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Search | Free-text search across all fields (name, website, town, sector, notes) |
| Status | Filter by the current sales stage (see Prospect Statuses) |
| Tier | Filter by fit score tier: Green (Strong Fit), Amber (Moderate), or Red (Weak Fit) |
| Sector | Dropdown populated from your pipeline data — select a sector to show only prospects in that industry. Options update automatically as you add prospects. |
| Town / City | Dropdown populated from your pipeline data — select a town to show only prospects in that location. Options update automatically as you add prospects. |
| Products | Filter by which product or service the prospect has been scored against |
| Clear | Resets all filters and shows the full list |

Add / Edit Prospect Modal
Click Add Prospect or the edit icon on any row to open the prospect detail modal. The modal has seven tabs:
Basic Info Tab
- Prospect Name: the company name (required)
- Website: company URL (used for status checks and AI scoring). Click the VISIT WEBSITE label to open it.
- Town, County, Region: location fields
- Sector Focus: business sector or industry
- Size Band: Solo / Micro / Small / Medium / Larger
- Est. Employees: headcount estimate
- Source: read-only label showing where the prospect was first discovered — Brave Search, Google Maps, or AI Assistant. Only shown when a source is recorded.
The Key Contact section below the divider holds:
- Name, Job Title: contact person details
- Email: contact email. Click 🔍 Find email to have the AI attempt to locate a contact email from the company website.
- Phone: one number per line
- LinkedIn Profile: direct link to the contact's LinkedIn page
Scores Tab
Select a product or service from the dropdown then click ✦ Score with AI to have the AI analyse the prospect. The tab shows:
- Opportunity Score: computed fit score (displayed prominently at the top, with tier badge)
- Online Activity Reasoning: AI notes on the prospect's social media and online presence
- Website Quality Reasoning: AI notes on their website
- AI Review / Pitch Angle: product-specific opportunity analysis and suggested opening angle
- Action Plan: AI-generated step-by-step outreach plan for this prospect
- Online Activity Score (0–10): raw score; editable
- Website Quality Score (0–10): raw score; editable
Financials Tab
Enter a UK Companies House registration number, then:
- Click 🔍 Find to have the AI scrape the company website for a registration number automatically.
- Once a number is entered, click ⬇ Deep CH Check to download the company's latest filed iXBRL accounts and extract key financial metrics (turnover, net assets, employees).
Outreach Tab
The Outreach tab has two parts: AI-generated outreach content at the top, and CRM tracking fields below.
Outreach Script Generation
Select a product or service context from the dropdown, then click ✦ Generate Outreach Scripts (costs 1 credit). The AI produces personalised outreach content tailored to that prospect and product:
- Call Script: a suggested opening for a cold call, referencing what the AI knows about the prospect
- Email Subject: a ready-to-use subject line
- Email Body: a personalised email draft
All three fields are fully editable — adjust the generated content before copying or using it. The content is saved automatically when you click Save. A note beneath the generate button shows which product context was last used.
CRM Tracking Fields
- Outreach Status: current sales stage (see Prospect Statuses)
- Channel Used: how you are engaging (Email, LinkedIn, Phone, In Person, Referral)
- First Contact Date: date of initial outreach
- Last Contact Date: most recent interaction
- Follow-up Due: date of next planned contact. Overdue dates appear highlighted in the pipeline table.
Notes Tab
A free-text notes field for research findings, conversation history, next steps, or anything else relevant to the prospect.
Social Tab
Shows social media accounts found automatically during AI scoring (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, and others). This list is updated each time you score the prospect — you cannot add entries manually here.
Map Info Tab
Displays Google Maps data for the prospect — address, rating, and a link to view on Google Maps. If the prospect came from a Google Maps search, this is populated automatically. For other prospects, click 🗺 Get Map Info to look up their location (requires a Google Maps API key in Settings).
Modal Actions
| Button | Action |
|---|---|
| Emails a summary of this prospect to your registered email address | |
| Save | Saves all changes. If a duplicate name or website is detected, you are prompted to confirm before saving. |
| Close | Closes the modal (prompts to save if there are unsaved changes) |
| Delete | Removes the prospect from your pipeline (soft delete — retained 30 days) |
AI Scoring
AI scoring evaluates a prospect using two AI-assessed dimensions and three computed factors, combined into a single Fit Score. The AI reads your product/service description and analyses the company's website and online presence.
| Score | Scale | What it measures |
|---|---|---|
| Online Activity Score | 0–10 | Social media presence, content frequency, engagement, and overall digital footprint — assessed by the AI from scraped website and social data |
| Website Quality Score | 0–10 | Professionalism, clarity, completeness, and apparent investment in their web presence — assessed by the AI from the page content |
| Fit Score | 0–100 | Weighted combination of five factors (see Fit Score Breakdown below). Displayed as 0–10 on prospect cards. |
Fit Score Breakdown
The Fit Score is not a single AI judgement — it is computed from five distinct factors, each weighted by importance. Hover the Fit Score badge on a prospect to see how each factor contributed.
| Factor | Default Weight | How it is calculated |
|---|---|---|
| Product Fit | 50% | AI rates 1–5: how well this prospect's business needs align with your product or service description. Score 1 = no evident need; score 5 = clear, specific fit based on sector, size, and digital profile. This is the largest factor — a strong or weak product match has the most influence on the final score. |
| Digital Maturity Gap | 20% |
Calculated automatically from the Online Activity and Website Quality scores — the AI does not directly rate this factor. The formula is: (10 − average) × 10. This means it is inverted: a prospect with high digital maturity (avg 8.5/10) scores low here (15/100), indicating a small gap and less need for digital improvement services. A prospect with weak digital presence (avg 2/10) scores high (80/100), signalling a bigger capability gap and more opportunity.
If your product or service helps businesses improve their digital presence, low-maturity prospects are better fits. If you sell to already-established digital businesses, high-maturity prospects are preferable — you may want to interpret this factor accordingly. |
| Commercial Viability | 15% | AI rates 1–5: financial capacity to invest in your product. Score 1 = declining revenue or financial stress; score 5 = growing revenue and healthy net assets. This factor only appears when Companies House financial data has been loaded for the prospect. If no CH data is present, this factor is excluded and the remaining four factors are reweighted proportionally. |
| Engagement Readiness | 10% | AI rates 1–5: how receptive the business appears to outreach or new investment. Score 1 = dormant, outdated presence, no growth signals; score 5 = active website updates, active social media, clear signs of ongoing investment. |
| Contact Quality | 5% | Calculated automatically from the contact information recorded for the prospect — not AI-assessed. Named contact with email = 90/100; named contact only = 50/100; no named contact = 10/100. Improves when you add a contact name and email to the prospect record. |
The tier badge (Green / Amber / Red) is derived from the Fit Score. The default boundaries are:
- Green: score 70–100 (Strong Fit — High Opportunity)
- Amber: score 50–69 (Moderate Fit)
- Red: score 0–49 (Weak Fit)
These thresholds are not fixed — you can adjust where Amber and Green start under Settings → Scoring Thresholds. Raise them to make the tiers stricter, or lower them to widen what counts as a strong match. Anything below the Amber threshold is Red.
Find Prospects
Use Find Prospects to discover new companies that match your target criteria. The page is split into three sections: Target market, Search source, and Site search.
1. Target Market
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Location | Post code, town, county, or region to search in (e.g. "Hitchin, Hertfordshire"). Defaults to "Greater London". Be specific for best results. |
| Country | Country scope: GB (default), US, AU, IE, CA, or NZ. Your saved default is set in Settings → Search Location. |
| Select product or service | Which of your products or services to evaluate fit against. Defaults to your first product. |
| Targeting | Select a target sector profile (defined in Settings → Who you are selling to). Pre-fills the search phrase automatically. |
2. Search Source
Choose where to pull results from:
Search Provider
Select one of two data sources (equal-width toggle buttons):
- Google Maps (default): queries the Google Places API for businesses near the specified location. Requires a Google Maps API key in Settings (costs 1 credit per search). Results are geographically precise.
- Organic Search: queries the Brave Search API for businesses matching your search phrase and location. Requires a Brave Search API key in Settings (costs 1 credit per search). Results tend to be broader and cover niche sectors well.
How Business Names Are Detected
The business name shown on each result is derived automatically. The method depends on the source:
- Organic Search: the name is inferred from the page title and domain name (e.g.
the-blue-door.co.uk→ "The Blue Door"). Taglines and generic phrases are filtered out, but the result is an educated guess. - Google Maps: the name is taken verbatim from Google's own display name for the listing, which is usually reliable.
- Footer Verify (Prospect List card): Prospecting Pro can read the copyright notice from the website footer (e.g. "© 2024 Cast UK Ltd") to find the registered trading name. Click 🔍 Verify next to the Business Name field to check — the suggested name is shown and you can accept or ignore it.
- JavaScript-rendered sites (React, Vue, Angular) — the footer loads after page render, so it is not in the raw HTML. The verify check will find nothing and tell you so.
- CMS or parent-company copyright — some sites show the name of their platform or parent company in the copyright rather than the local trading name.
- Franchise and multi-office chains — the copyright may show the national brand name rather than the local branch.
Search Phrase
Pre-filled from the selected sector profile. Edit freely — it is combined with the location and sent to Organic Search. Not used for Google Maps searches.
3. Site Search
Use the Site Search card to scan a single website directly — without running a full search. Enter a URL and an optional business name, then click Scan site. The app checks website status, runs a Companies House lookup, and scores the prospect against your selected product. Results appear as a result card you can add to your pipeline.
Results Cards
Each result is shown as a card. Click a card to open a detail view showing all fields. The card summary shows:
- Company Name & Website: name links to the company website
- Town / Sector / Size Band: location and categorisation
- Website Status badge: Live Down Parked Unknown
- Companies House badge: Active Inactive Not Found (UK only)
- Score badges: Online Activity, Website Quality, and Fit score (shown once scored)
- Fit label: Good fit / Needs review / Poor fit — derived from score and website status
- AI Review / Pitch Angle: product-specific opportunity analysis (shown once scored)
Results Filters
Use the filter chips above the results to show a subset:
- All: show every result
- Good fit: only Green-tier scored prospects with a live website
- Needs scoring: results not yet scored by AI
- Added: results already added to your pipeline
Sort Options
- Best fit first: highest opportunity score at the top (unscored results at the bottom)
- Name A–Z: alphabetical
- Needs scoring first: unscored prospects at the top
Adding Prospects to Your Prospect List
From the search results you can:
- Click + Add to pipeline on a single result card to add it immediately.
- Select multiple results using the checkboxes and click + Add selected prospects to bulk-import them.
- Click ✦ Score on a card to AI-score a single result (costs 1 credit) before deciding whether to add it.
- Open the result detail modal (click the card) to view full details and add from there.
AI Assistant
The AI Assistant lets you find and add prospects by describing them in plain English. Instead of searching manually, you tell the assistant what kind of businesses you are looking for — it researches them, verifies their details via Companies House, generates outreach content, and adds them straight to your pipeline.
How It Works
- Describe your target businesses
Type a natural language description of the companies you want — include sector, location, and size if known. For example: "plumbers in Birmingham with 5 or more employees" or "independent recruitment agencies in Manchester".
- Click Send (or press Enter)
The assistant starts a run. A status line shows what it is doing: searching, evaluating candidates, checking Companies House registrations.
- Watch results appear in real time
Company cards appear as each prospect is confirmed. Each card shows the business name, address, employee count, Companies House number, estimated turnover, and website.
- Review outreach content
Expand any card to see the AI-generated Call Script and Email tabs — ready-to-use outreach content personalised to that business. All prospects and their outreach content are saved to your pipeline automatically.
Results & Cards
Each company found appears as a collapsible card in the chat thread. Click the card header to expand it.
| Card element | Details |
|---|---|
| Company name | Name as verified or inferred. A Added badge indicates it was saved to your pipeline; Flagged means it needs manual review before adding. |
| Address | Registered or trading address found during research |
| Employees | Headcount figure — marked as confirmed, estimated, or unverified depending on source |
| CH number | Companies House registration number (UK only) |
| Turnover | Estimated or filed turnover where available |
| Website | Company website link |
| Call Script tab | AI-generated opening for a cold call — personalised to this business |
| Email tab | AI-generated email with subject line and body |
Skipped companies (e.g. already in your pipeline, or not matching your criteria) are listed as small text entries below the cards with a reason.
Controls
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Email me the results checkbox | When ticked, a summary of all prospects found during this run is emailed to your registered address when the run completes |
| Stop | Cancels the current run. Any prospects already added before you stop are kept in your pipeline. |
| View in Pipeline | Link in the done-summary message — takes you straight to the Prospect List page to see your newly added prospects |
Session Persistence
The assistant thread (all messages and cards from the current browser session) is preserved automatically. If you navigate to another page and come back, your results are still there. The thread is cleared when you close or refresh the browser tab.
Credits & Costs
- 1 credit — Deep CH Check (financial data extraction), when a registration number is found. This is charged even if extraction fails because the filed accounts are PDF-only and too large to parse — in that case it is charged twice (once for the failed extraction attempt, once for the check itself).
- 1 credit — AI scoring, for every company that has a website
- 1 credit — Outreach script generation, for every company added to your pipeline
Settings
Settings is where you configure everything that drives the AI, search, and data layers of the app. Each section is collapsible — click the section header to expand or collapse it.
Search Location
Set the default country for prospect searches. This pre-selects the Country dropdown on the Find Prospects page. You can also change it directly on the Find Prospects page without coming back to Settings.
Describe what you are selling
Define what you sell. Each entry has a Name and a Description. The description is passed to the AI during scoring so it can judge how well a prospect would fit as a customer. You can define multiple products and select which one to score against each time.
- Click + Add Product / Service to add a new entry.
- Drag the handle on the left to reorder. The top entry is the default.
- Click the delete icon to remove an entry.
- Click Save All to persist changes.
Who you are selling to
Search profiles define a type of business you look for. Each profile has:
| Field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Label | Display name shown in the Find Prospects Targeting dropdown (e.g. "Recruitment Agencies") |
| Search Query | The search phrase sent to Organic Search — combined automatically with the location as "query" "location" |
- Click + Add Profile to create a custom profile.
- Click ↺ Reset to Defaults to restore the built-in profiles (Recruitment, Legal, Estate Agents, etc.).
- Click Save All Profiles to persist changes.
Export / Import Templates
Your products/services and search profiles together make up your "templates". You can back them up or move them to another account as a single CSV file.
Export
Click ⬇ Download Templates (CSV) to download your products/services and sector profiles as a CSV file.
Import
Select a CSV file and click Preview Import to see what will change, then confirm to import.
LLM Configuration
Configure the AI model used for scoring, site scanning, and outreach generation. This section is part of the API Keys area.
| Field | Description |

| Key | Required for |
|---|---|
| Brave Search API Key | Powers Organic Search on the Find Prospects page (costs 1 credit per search, in addition to your own Brave API usage) |
| Companies House API Key | UK company registration lookups (free) and Deep CH Check financial data (1 credit) |
| Google Maps API Key | Google Maps search source on Find Prospects (costs 1 credit per search), and Map Info tab in the pipeline modal |
| LLM API Key | Configured in the LLM Configuration section above |
- Paste your key and click Save. It is masked immediately after saving.
- Click the delete icon to remove a saved key.
Scoring Thresholds
Configure the numeric boundaries used to classify prospects into the three fit tiers. Adjusting these lets you tighten or relax what counts as a strong match for your specific use case.
| Field | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Amber threshold | 50 | Prospects with a Fit Score at or above this value are classified as Amber (Moderate Fit) |
| Green threshold | 70 | Prospects with a Fit Score at or above this value are classified as Green (High Opportunity). Must be higher than the Amber threshold. |
A colour-banded preview bar updates live as you drag the sliders, showing the proportional split between Red, Amber, and Green. Click Reset to defaults to restore 50/70. Click Save to apply.
Data Management
Backup / Export
Click ⬇ Download Backup (Excel) to download all your pipeline prospects as an .xlsx file.
The export includes all fields: name, website, location, scores, status, notes, and contact details.
The last export date is shown below the button.
Import
Import prospects from an Excel file. Two input methods are available:
- File upload: select a local
.xlsxor.xlsfile from your computer - URL: paste a direct link to an Excel file (e.g. an OneDrive or Dropbox share link that resolves to the file)
The two-step process:
- Choose a file or paste a URL and click Preview Import. The app fetches and parses the file and shows a preview table.
- Review the preview, choose an import mode, then click Import.
| Import Mode | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| Merge | Adds new prospects and skips any that match an existing prospect by name or website; existing prospects are not changed. Recommended for most imports. |
| Replace | Moves all existing prospects to Deleted Prospects (recoverable for 30 days) and imports the file as a fresh set. Use with caution. |
Deleted Prospects
Prospects you delete from the pipeline are soft-deleted — they are retained server-side for 30 days before permanent removal. The Deleted Prospects area in Data Management links to the Recover page, where you can restore any deleted prospect back to your pipeline within that window.
Click ↺ Recover Deleted Prospects to open the recovery page. Select the prospects you want to restore and click ↺ Restore Selected.

Understanding Scores
Every scored prospect carries two AI-assessed digital scores (0–10) and a computed Fit Score (0–100) that combines five weighted factors.
The Two Digital Scores
| Score | Range | What it measures |
|---|---|---|
| Online Activity Score | 0–10 | How active the business is in digital channels: social media presence, content frequency, engagement, online advertising. Assessed by the AI from scraped social data and website content. |
| Website Quality Score | 0–10 | Professional appearance, clarity of messaging, completeness, and apparent investment in their web presence. Assessed by the AI from the page content supplied during scoring. |
Score Rubrics
The score inputs in the pipeline modal include inline rubrics to help you calibrate manually:
| Score | Online Activity | Website Quality |
|---|---|---|
| 0–1 | No social media / dormant | No website / broken |
| 2–3 | Occasional job posts, low engagement | Basic template, dated, no blog |
| 4–5 | Weekly posts, some original content | Functional, basic SEO |
| 6–7 | Multi-platform, thought leadership | Modern design, blog, lead forms |
| 8–10 | Pro strategy, video, paid campaigns | Polished UX, content hub, full funnel |
The Fit Score
The Fit Score (0–100, shown as 0–10 on cards) is a weighted combination of five factors. It is not a single AI judgement — two of the five factors are calculated automatically from existing data. Hover the score badge to see the full breakdown.
| Factor | Weight | How it is calculated |
|---|---|---|
| Product Fit | 50% | AI rates 1–5. How well this prospect's business needs align with your product or service description. 1 = no evident need; 5 = clear, specific fit. The single largest factor in the score. |
| Digital Maturity Gap | 20% | Calculated automatically — not AI-rated. Takes the average of the Online Activity and Website Quality scores and inverts it: (10 − average) × 10. A high-maturity prospect (avg 8.5/10) scores 15/100 here — a small gap, little need for digital improvement. A low-maturity prospect (avg 2/10) scores 80/100 — a large gap and more opportunity. This factor rewards prospects who have room to grow digitally. |
| Commercial Viability | 15% | AI rates 1–5. Financial capacity to invest in your product. 1 = declining revenue or financial stress; 5 = growing revenue and healthy net assets. Only included when Companies House financial data is loaded for the prospect. Without CH data this factor is excluded and the remaining four are reweighted proportionally. |
| Engagement Readiness | 10% | AI rates 1–5. How receptive the business appears to outreach or new investment. 1 = dormant, outdated presence, no growth signals; 5 = active website, active social media, clear signs of ongoing investment. |
| Contact Quality | 5% | Calculated automatically from the contact record — not AI-rated. Named contact with email = 90/100; named contact only = 50/100; no named contact = 10/100. Add a contact name and email to the prospect to improve this factor. |
Score Tiers
Fit Score 70–100 (7–10 on cards). Strong fit — prioritise for outreach.
Fit Score 50–69 (5–6.9 on cards). Worth pursuing but may need more qualification.
Fit Score 0–49 (0–4.9 on cards). Likely not a good match — consider deprioritising.
Prospect Statuses
Status tracks where a prospect is in your sales process. Set it on the Notes tab of the prospect modal or filter by it in the Prospect List filter bar.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Not Started | Prospect added but no outreach yet |
| Researched | You've reviewed the prospect but haven't contacted them |

FAQ
Why aren't my searches returning results?
Check that you have a valid Brave Search API key saved in Settings → API Keys. Also confirm the key is active and has remaining quota in your Brave Search dashboard. If you are using Google Maps search, ensure a Google Maps API key is configured and you have remaining credits.
Why is AI scoring failing?
Go to Settings → LLM Configuration and click Test Connection. If it fails, check that your API key is correct, has credits with the provider, and that the selected model name is valid. Also check that you have remaining Prospecting Pro credits on your plan (visible on the Account page).
How do I re-score a prospect that was scored a while ago?
Open the prospect modal → Scores tab, select a product from the dropdown, and click ✦ Score with AI. The new scores overwrite the old ones. Alternatively, select the prospect in the Prospect List table and use ✦ Score with AI from the bulk action toolbar.
What does the Companies House check do?
It queries the Companies House API to verify that the registered company number is valid and the company is currently Active. A Inactive badge means the company may be dissolved, dormant, or in administration. Requires a Companies House API key in Settings.
What does Deep CH Check do?
After entering a Companies House registration number in the Financials tab, clicking ⬇ Deep CH Check downloads the company's most recently filed iXBRL accounts and extracts key financial data (turnover, net assets, employees, filing type). This gives you a quick read on the company's financial health before outreach.
Can I import prospects from another CRM?
Yes. Export your data from your CRM as an Excel file, then use Settings → Data Management → Import. Review the preview before confirming — use Merge mode to add to your existing pipeline without losing current records.
How do I use a local AI model?
In Settings → LLM Configuration, select LM Studio or Ollama as the provider,
enter the local base URL (e.g. http://localhost:1234/v1 for LM Studio), leave the API key blank or
enter any placeholder, and set the model name to match the model you have loaded. Click Test Connection to verify.
What's the difference between Find Prospects and the AI Assistant?
Find Prospects is a structured search: you pick a location, business type, and data source (Google Maps or Organic Search), and the app returns a list of results for you to review and add manually. The AI Assistant is conversational and fully automated: you describe what you're looking for in plain English, and the AI does the research, verification, outreach generation, and pipeline addition for you in one go. Use Find Prospects when you want to browse and select; use the AI Assistant when you want to hand off the discovery work.
Is my data private?
Your prospect data is stored in your account and not shared with other users. API keys are stored encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and never returned to the browser. When you use a cloud LLM provider, the prospect's website URL and company name are sent to that provider for scoring — review the provider's privacy policy if this is a concern. On a self-hosted install, using a local model (LM Studio/Ollama) keeps all data on-premises. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled, and Export My Data / Delete My Account to take a copy or remove it.
